Warwickshire to Penzance
After out hosts provided the final breakfast, we left at 9.00am for the long drive to Cornwall. Stopped for lunch at the Globe Inn in Sampford Peverell where our host Graham chipped in to support Macmillan and encourage us.
Exciting to get such enthusiastic support when we don’t start for 2 more days! We made good time driving south to Penzance (sadly, no pirates) and will stay 2 nights in a really cute studio flat. It is small, but has everything we need. I love AirBnB. Thank you Sam.
After all the planning, prepping and quarantining, I can’t believe we will be walking in 2 days!
Oh, by the way, we passed our Day 8 COVID tests. No more testing for now…
